My kids and I appreciated being there. Had a superior family room with a view of Mont Blanc. Wake-up service was available in the room. The local staff were friendly and excellent. The vibe here was family! Had a really great time. Overall, our stay at Hotel Arbois Bettex in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains was fantastic. the superior family room offered a stunning view of Mont Blanc, and the staff were friendly and excellent. the wake-up service available in the room was also a nice touch.

The view from the hotel room was breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains and the sun shining on them. the location was perfect, right on the slopes, allowing for easy access to skiing. the staff were friendly and helpful, with a private parking area available.
The restaurant was a disappointment. the vegetarian options were limited, with only fondue and stale bread on offer.

The swimming pool was a nice respite from the heat during Easter weekend. We also enjoyed the location, as it was close to a few interesting towns in the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The experience overall was quite disappointing. the rooms were outdated and smelled terrible of damp and drains.

the location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains including the magnificent Mont Blanc. The fact that the hotel is situated 5 miles from St Gervais les Bains up a mountain added to its charm and tranquility. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that all our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with a view that took our breath away every morning. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we cannot wait to return next year.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Le Bettex! the location was absolutely perfect. Being off the slopes and just 5 miles away from St Gervais les Bains meant that I could easily access the ski lifts and enjoy the stunning views of Mont Blanc from my room. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were great, especially the overnight lock for my ski equipment. Definitely a convenient place to stay!

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially considering its stunning location up in the village of Le Bettex. The rooms provide breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, making for an unforgettable experience. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast offered a good range of options to start the day.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
